Pandostal OD Capsule 10 is used to manage acidity-related problems such as GERD, indigestion, and peptic ulcers. It reduces excess stomach acid, relieving heartburn and post-meal discomfort. The capsule supports healing of acid-damaged areas in the stomach and food pipe, making it useful for long-term management of acid reflux symptoms.

The activity of Pandostal OD Capsule is due to two active ingredients:

• Domperidone (30 mg): This is a prokinetic agent that increases the motility of the stomach and intestines. It stimulates the release of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that promotes gastric emptying and prevents acid reflux. Additionally, domperidone acts as an antiemetic by blocking dopamine receptors in certain areas of the brain, which helps reduce nausea and vomiting.
• Pantoprazole (40 mg): As a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), pantoprazole reduces stomach acid production. It does this by irreversibly blocking an enzyme system in your stomach lining's cells responsible for acid secretion. This reduction in stomach acid enables the healing of peptic ulcers and relieves symptoms of GERD.

• Store Pandostal OD Capsule at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
