Ordom 10mg/20mg Capsule interacts with the following medicines:

• Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors: These are medicines like ketoconazole and clarithromycin that can increase the level of domperidone in your blood, thereby increasing the chances of side effects.

• QTc-prolonging medications: Medicines such as quinidine and sotalol can interact with domperidone in Ordom 10mg/20mg Capsule, possibly leading to an alteration in your heart rhythm.

Ordom 10mg/20mg Capsule interacts with the following diseases:

• Severe hepatic impairment: If you have severe liver disease, using Ordom 10mg/20mg Capsule could exacerbate your condition due to slow medicine metabolism.

• QTc prolongation: If you have a history of prolonged QT interval, a measure of heart rhythm, you should use domperidone in Ordom 10mg/20mg Capsule cautiously as it can further prolong the QT interval.

• Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhoea: If you are at risk for this bacterial infection, use omeprazole in Ordom 10mg/20mg Capsule with caution as it can increase this risk.
