Olmekem 40 Trio Tablet 10 is used in adults for high blood pressure not controlled by two medicines together.

• High Blood Pressure: Helps lower and control blood pressure in adults with hypertension.

• Cardiovascular Protection: Helps reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Follow these instructions while taking Olmekem 40 Trio Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a sufficient amount of water.

• Take this medicine at the same time each day for best results.

• You can take this medicine with or without food. or as prescribed by your doctor.

• Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.

• Consult your doctor if you have any questions about using this medicine.

Olmekem 40 Trio Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Olmekem 40 Trio Tablet 10 contains three active ingredients that work together to lower blood pressure:

• Olmesartan medoxomil (40 mg): This component blocks a substance called angiotensin II from binding to receptors in your blood vessels. This action helps relax and widen your blood vessels, making it easier for blood to flow through them.

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): This ingredient blocks calcium from entering the muscle cells of your heart and blood vessels. By blocking calcium, it helps your blood vessels relax and widen, which reduces blood pressure.

• Chlorthalidone (12.5 mg): This is a diuretic or "water pill" that increases the amount of salt and water removed from your body through urine. This reduction in fluid volume helps lower your blood pressure.

• Store Olmekem 40 Trio Tablet 10 at room temperature between 20°C to 25°C.

• Keep the tablets in their original packaging until ready for use.
