• Anticholinergic medicines (such as atropine or scopolamine): Concomitant use may lead to additive anticholinergic effects, increasing the likelihood of pronounced dry mouth, constipation, urinary retention, blurred vision, and raised intraocular pressure
• Oral anticoagulants (such as warfarin): Co-administration may alter anticoagulant response, potentially affecting clotting parameters and increasing the need for closer monitoring of bleeding risk and coagulation profiles.
• Other central nervous system depressants: Combined use may result in enhanced central nervous system depression, leading to excessive sedation, reduced alertness, impaired coordination, and increased risk of falls or accidents.

Normozin 1/10 MG Tablet 10 should be used with caution in patients with:

• Narrow-angle glaucoma: Normozin 1/10 MG Tablet 10 may increase intraocular pressure due to anticholinergic effects, potentially worsening glaucoma symptoms and vision disturbances.
• Severe liver or kidney impairment: Reduced organ function may impair metabolism and excretion, leading to accumulation of active components and a higher risk of adverse effects.
• Cardiovascular disorders: Use may cause or worsen orthostatic hypotension, increasing the risk of dizziness.
• Bone marrow depression: Normozin 1/10 MG Tablet 10 may further suppress bone marrow function, increasing the risk of blood dyscrasias and susceptibility to infections or bleeding.

Overdose of Normozin 1/10 MG Tablet 10 may lead to symptoms such as excessive drowsiness, confusion, slowed reflexes, impaired coordination, breathing difficulty, or severe sedation. In case of suspected overdose, seek immediate medical attention.

If you miss a dose of Normozin 1/10 MG Tablet 10, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue with the regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to compensate.
