Nopile Capsules help manage internal and external piles, reduce pain, swelling, and bleeding from anal fissures, and lower the chances of piles recurring after surgery. They also support better digestion and improve bowel movements to ease strain during passing stools.

• Suvarna Geru (Gairika/Red Ochre): A mineral-based ingredient used in Ayurvedic medicine for its astringent and anti-inflammatory properties. It may help reduce swelling and pain and control bleeding associated with piles and anal fissures. Traditionally, it supports digestive health and alleviates discomfort caused by haemorrhoids.
   
• Gulvel Satva (Tinospora Cordifolia): This plant-based ingredient is revered in Ayurveda for its immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory effects. Gulvel Satva may help reduce inflammation and support healing in the body, particularly in the management of piles and anal fissures. It also helps promote overall health by managing infections and enhancing the body's natural defence mechanisms.
   
• Arshakuthar Ras (Euphorbia Nerifolia): Known for its potent anti-inflammatory and astringent properties, this plant-based ingredient may help soothe pain and reduce swelling, particularly in piles and anal fissures. It promotes digestive health and can help manage symptoms like bleeding and irritation associated with haemorrhoids.

• Take 1 capsule three times a day for 30-60 days, or as directed by a healthcare professional. 
• For long-term use or chronic cases, including after surgery, 1 capsule three times a day for 6-12 months may be recommended or as directed by a healthcare professional.
