Nixdine 10% Solution is used for cleansing minor wounds, cuts, burns, and grazes. It contains Povidone-Iodine, a widely recognised antiseptic known for its effectiveness in reducing microbial load and supporting wound hygiene. The solution works by slowly releasing free iodine, which helps manage infection-causing microorganisms on the skin and in wounds. This solution is also used for pre-surgical skin preparation, hand cleansing for surgeons and theatre staff, and disinfection of a patient’s skin before surgical procedures. It is gentle, non-irritating, and non-stinging, suitable for wound care. The formulation helps maintain wound hygiene and supports the natural healing environment by keeping the area clean and protected from external contaminants. 

• Povidone-Iodine (10% w/v, available iodine 1% w/v): Povidone-Iodine is known for its broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties.
