Neo Dermi 5 Care Cream 15gm is used to:

• Treat inflamed fungal skin infections with secondary bacterial infection, causing redness, itching, and irritation
• Reduce inflammation and discomfort in infected skin lesions
• Support the healing of infected and inflamed skin conditions

Follow these instructions while using Neo Dermi 5 Care Cream 15gm:

• Apply the cream exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Wash and gently dry the affected area before application.
• Apply a thin layer over the infected skin and a small surrounding area, as directed by your doctor.
• Wash your hands before and after application unless treating the hands.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or open wounds or severely damaged skin.
• Do not cover treated areas with airtight dressings unless advised.
• Do not use for longer than prescribed, as prolonged use of steroid-containing creams may cause skin thinning or mask ongoing infection.

Neo Dermi 5 Care Cream 15gm contains the following components:

• Clobetasol propionate (0.5 mg): This is a potent topical corticosteroid that suppresses inflammatory reactions in the skin, reducing redness, swelling, and itching associated with inflamed skin infections.
• Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline (10 mg): This acts as a broad-spectrum topical antimicrobial against certain bacteria and fungi.
• Ketoconazole (20 mg): This is an antifungal medicine that inhibits fungal cell membrane formation, helping eliminate dermatophytes and yeasts responsible for skin infections.
• Neomycin (1 mg): This is a topical antibacterial agent that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, helping control secondary bacterial infections on the skin.
• Tolnaftate (10 mg): This antifungal agent interferes with fungal cell membrane formation, helping control dermatophyte infections such as athlete’s foot and ringworm.

• Store below 25°C away from heat and direct sunlight. 
• Keep the tube tightly closed after use.
• Store in a dry place away from moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date.

• Wear loose, breathable clothing to reduce sweating and friction that may worsen irritation or allow infection to persist.
• Change clothing, socks, and undergarments regularly to reduce fungal and bacterial growth on the skin.
• Avoid scratching or rubbing infected areas, as this may worsen irritation and spread infection to nearby skin.
• Avoid sharing towels, clothing, or personal items to prevent spreading infection to others or reinfection.
