Nebimax 10 Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Controlling high blood pressure

• Managing hypertension in adults

• Treatment of mild to moderate heart failure

• Heart failure management in elderly patients

• Reducing risk of heart attacks

• Preventing strokes

• Improving cardiac function

• Optimising heart pumping efficiency

• Widening blood vessels for better circulation

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Take this medicine daily at the same time as prescribed by your doctor.

• You can take this tablet with or without food.

• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.

• Never stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor.

Nebimax 10 Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Nebimax 10 Tablet 10 contains nebivolol (10 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Beta-1 Receptor Blockade: Nebivolol selectively blocks beta-1 receptors in your heart and blood vessels, which helps slow down your heart rate and reduces the force of heart contractions.

• Blood Vessel Relaxation: This medicine causes widening (dilation) of your blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily throughout your body and reducing the resistance against which your heart needs to pump.

• Heart Workload Reduction: By slowing heart rate and reducing blood vessel resistance, nebivolol decreases the overall workload on your heart, helping it function more efficiently with less effort.

• Store Nebimax 10 Tablet 10 at room temperature (15-30°C) in its original packaging.

• Keep this medicine out of sight and reach of children.

• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Reduce salt intake in your diet, as excess sodium can raise blood pressure. Try flavouring foods with herbs and spices instead of salt.

• Regular physical activity like brisk walking for 30 minutes most days can help lower blood pressure naturally and improve heart function.
