It is also helpful in managing inflammatory skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis by reducing itching and inflammation. Regular use helps control allergic and inflammatory responses effectively.

To administer Nasonex Nasal Spray Suspension 18gm properly, follow these steps:

• Clear your nostrils by blowing your nose gently.
• Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use.
• Remove the cap and hold the bottle upright.
• Slightly tilt your head forward, insert the nozzle into one nostril pointing it towards the outer wall of your nose.
• Close the other nostril with a finger and spray the medicine while inhaling gently through your nose.
• Try not to sneeze or blow your nose immediately after using the spray.

Nasonex Nasal Spray Suspension 18gm contains the following component:

• Mometasone (0.05% w/w): Mometasone is a steroid that gets absorbed into the cells of the inner surface of the nose. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation and allergies. Doing so relieves symptoms such as blocked or runny nose, sneezing, and sinus discomfort. Mometasone's anti-inflammatory properties help reduce redness, itching, pain, and swelling associated with allergic reactions in nasal passages and skin conditions, such as eczema or dermatitis.

• Keep the in-use bottle at room temperature, stored in an upright position, within the range of 15°C–30°C (59°F–86°F), for a duration of up to 35 days. Each bottle is designed to provide at least 30 doses.
