Lutiderm Ointment 20gm

Lutiderm Ointment 20gm is used to manage and soothe various inflammatory skin conditions like atopic dermatitis, eczema, contact dermatitis, and psoriasis. This medicine helps reduce inflammation, itching, redness, scaling, and discomfort associated with these conditions, supporting faster skin healing. It is also used to treat other skin rashes like lichen planus and lupus, as well as allergic reactions.

Apply Lutiderm Ointment 20gm as suggested below:

• Make sure that the affected skin area is clean and dry.
• With clean hands, apply a thin film of the ointment to the affected area.
• Rub it in gently until it is fully absorbed into the skin.
• Avoid use on your face, groin, axillae, or other sensitive areas without consulting your doctor.
• Remember to wash your hands after applying the ointment to prevent spreading to other areas.
• Do not cover the applied area with bandages or other occlusive dressings unless advised by your doctor.

Lutiderm Ointment 20gm contains Fluticasone Propionate (0.005%) which acts on your body in the following ways:

• Induces Lipocortins: Fluticasone propionate prompts your body to produce proteins called lipocortins. These proteins inhibit phospholipase A2, an enzyme involved in inflammation.

• Store Lutiderm Ointment 20gm at a cool temperature not exceeding 25°C.
• Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
• Ensure the ointment tube is tightly closed after each use.

• Do not freeze.
