LABEPURE 20 MG INJECTION 4 ML is used in hospital to bring down severely high blood pressure quickly.

Uses of LABEPURE 20 MG INJECTION 4 ML are:

• Hypertensive Emergencies: Used to manage dangerously high blood pressure that needs urgent treatment.
• High Blood Pressure in Pregnancy: Used in severe preeclampsia and eclampsia.
• During Surgery: Used to control blood pressure spikes during surgical procedures.

LABEPURE 20 MG INJECTION 4 ML contains labetalol (20 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Dual receptor blockade: Labetalol blocks both alpha and beta receptors in your cardiovascular system, allowing it to lower blood pressure through multiple pathways.

• Beta-1 receptor blocking: It reduces heart rate and the force of heart contractions by blocking beta-1 receptors in cardiac tissue, which decreases the amount of blood your heart pumps out.
