ITROCHEM 50 TABLET 10 is primarily used to treat:

• Functional dyspepsia: Also known as indigestion, this condition causes symptoms like bloating, upper abdominal pain, and heartburn.
• Non-ulcer dyspepsia: Similar to functional dyspepsia, this condition includes symptoms such as anorexia (loss of appetite), nausea, and vomiting.
• Gastrointestinal symptoms: ITROCHEM 50 TABLET 10 helps manage various gastrointestinal symptoms associated with these conditions, such as indigestion, bloating, upper abdominal pain, anorexia, heartburn, nausea, and vomiting.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• It’s best to take this medicine about 30 minutes before having food.

• ITROCHEM 50 TABLET 10 should be stored at room temperature.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.

• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• To prevent acidity, avoid sitting for long periods; instead, take short breaks every hour to walk or stretch. 
• Limit your intake of fatty foods, spicy dishes, chocolates, citrus fruits, pineapple, tomatoes, onions, garlic, tea, and soda. Incorporate relaxation techniques such as yoga or meditation to manage stress, which can aggravate acid reflux. 
• Choose loose-fitting clothing to minimize abdominal pressure and reduce the risk of reflux. Refrain from lying down right after meals to help prevent acid reflux. Regular exercise can aid in weight management, reducing the likelihood of acid reflux.
