• Take half to one litre of steaming water. 
• Cover yourself with a blanket.
• Add 2 to 5 drops of inhalation.
• Inhale deeply for 10 minutes or till you get relief.
• Safe to use as and when needed. Close cap properly after use.
• Take a few (2 to 5) drops of water inhaled with steam or on a mask or pillow and inhale deeply till you get relief.
