Hexilak Ultra Gel is used for managing the appearance of scars resulting from surgeries, burns, injuries, or acne. It is formulated with a unique CCP Complex (Cyclomethicone, Ceramide III, and Polydimethylsiloxane) that forms a protective barrier to hydrate the scar tissue and flatten raised scars. The addition of Vitamin C helps lighten discolouration, while peptides support collagen remodelling, making scars smoother and less visible. Its non-greasy, quick-drying formula ensures ease of application without leaving residue. It may help reduce redness, itching, and discomfort associated with scars.

• Cyclomethicone NF-5: A volatile silicone that forms a lightweight, non-greasy layer over the skin, helping retain moisture and improve scar texture. It enhances the spreadability of the gel and gives a smooth finish without clogging pores.
   
• UTMF Ceramide III: A skin-identical lipid that strengthens the skin’s natural barrier, restores hydration, and reduces irritation. It helps maintain moisture levels in the scarred area, promoting healthy skin repair.
   
• Polydimethylsiloxane: A silicone compound that forms a flexible film over scars, reducing water loss and flattening raised areas. It improves scar softness and appearance by creating an optimal healing environment.
   
• Dermaxyl (Peptides): A peptide complex that stimulates collagen synthesis and cell renewal. It helps in smoothing scar tissue, improving skin firmness, and reducing the depth of scars.

• Take a drop of gel onto the fingertip and apply once in the same direction on the skin's scarred areas. 
• Allow it to dry for 3-5 minutes. 
• Do not spread it back and forth. 
• Apply twice daily or as directed by the doctor.
