Grandlin Capsule 10

Grandlin Capsule 10 is used for managing neuropathic pain related to diabetes, post-herpetic neuralgia (pain after shingles), nerve pain from spinal cord injuries, and pain and discomfort associated with fibromyalgia.

Follow these instructions while taking Grandlin Capsule 10:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Do not break or chew the capsule.
• The capsule can be taken with or without food as per your convenience.
• Always take this medicine as recommended by your doctor.

Grandlin Capsule 10 is taken orally.

Grandlin Capsule 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Pregabalin (75 mg): Despite its structural similarity to the neurotransmitter GABA, this component doesn't bind directly to GABA receptors. Instead, it binds to the alpha2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in your central nervous system. This action subsequently reduces the release of various neurotransmitters like glutamate, noradrenaline, and substance P, which play a part in pain signalling. Hence, pregabalin helps manage neuropathic pain by calming overactive nerves.
• Methylcobalamin (0.75 mg): This is an active form of vitamin B12 that maintains the health of your nervous system. It aids in the creation of myelin, a protective sheath that surrounds nerve fibres, thus supporting nerve regeneration and repair. Moreover, methylcobalamin exhibits pain-relieving properties by promoting the regeneration of injured nerves and improving nerve conduction velocity.

• Store Grandlin Capsule 10 at room temperature, ideally between 15-30°C.
• Keep it in a tightly sealed container, away from direct light and moisture.
• Always ensure that the capsule is out of reach of children.
