GOLDCLAV LB 625 TABLET 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Anticoagulant medicines (e.g., warfarin): Concurrent use may increase the risk of bleeding in some individuals by affecting clotting parameters. Monitoring of coagulation tests may be required during treatment.
• Antigout medicines (e.g., allopurinol): Taking allopurinol together with amoxicillin may increase the risk of skin rash or allergic skin reactions in some patients.
• Methotrexate: Amoxicillin may reduce the clearance of methotrexate from the body and increase the risk of methotrexate toxicity, including bone marrow suppression or gastrointestinal side effects. Careful monitoring may be required during combined use.
• Oral contraceptive medicines (e.g., ethinylestradiol-containing contraceptive pills): Antibiotics may occasionally reduce the effectiveness of hormonal contraceptives in some individuals. Additional contraceptive precautions may be advised during treatment.

Overdose of GOLDCLAV LB 625 TABLET 10 may increase the risk of severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, crystals in urine (crystalluria), or kidney-related complications. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose of GOLDCLAV LB 625 TABLET 10, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take extra doses to compensate for the missed dose.
