Gm Sr 2 Mg Tablet 10 is used to control type 2 diabetes.

Uses of Gm Sr 2 Mg Tablet 10 are:

• Type 2 Diabetes: Helps lower and maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
• Glycaemic Stability: Supports steadier control through the day with its sustained-release form.
• Long-Term Management: Helps reduce the risk of long-term diabetes complications.

• Take Gm Sr 2 Mg Tablet 10 exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with a meal (usually breakfast or your first main meal).
• Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew it.
• Do not skip meals while taking this medicine, as this may increase the risk of low blood sugar.
• Do not change the dose or stop the medicine on your own. Always talk to your doctor first.

Gm Sr 2 Mg Tablet 10 combines two diabetes medicines, Glimepiride 2 mg and Metformin 500 mg:

• Return any unused or expired medicine to your pharmacist for safe disposal.

• Eat balanced, regular meals that are low in sugar and high in fibre. Do not skip meals.
• Be active. Regular walking or cycling improves how your body uses insulin.
• Maintain a healthy weight, limit alcohol consumption and monitor your blood sugar as advised by your doctor.
