Glimepiride (3 Mg) + Metformin (850 Mg)

Glycoheal GP 3/850 Tablet SR 10 is used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults when diet, exercise and single-agent therapy fail to adequately control blood glucose levels. It is a combination medicine containing glimepiride and metformin, from the class of oral antidiabetic medicines.

This medicine helps regulate blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes, and is particularly beneficial when a single medicine alone is not providing adequate control of high blood sugar levels. The combination approach addresses insulin dysfunction through complementary mechanisms for better glycaemic control. Take this medicine as directed by your doctor.

Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet.
Ideally, take this medicine with meals.
