Glimepiride (3 Mg) + Metformin (850 Mg)

Gepride M 3 Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes control. It is a combination oral antidiabetic medicine containing glimepiride and metformin.

This medicine helps lower blood glucose levels and maintain overall glycaemic control in people with type 2 diabetes. It also assists in managing high blood sugar when single antidiabetic medicines do not provide enough control.

Regular meals, a balanced diet and physical activity can support blood sugar control alongside this medicine.

Before starting, tell your doctor about your medical conditions and allergies. Tell the doctor about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Uses of Gepride M 3 Tablet are:

Type 2 Diabetes Control: Helps lower blood glucose levels and maintain overall glycaemic control.
Combination Diabetes Therapy: Assists in managing high blood sugar when single antidiabetic medicines do not provide enough control.

Follow these instructions while taking Gepride M 3 Tablet:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet.
Ideally, take this medicine with meals.

Gepride M 3 Tablet is taken orally.

Gepride M 3 Tablet may cause some side effects that are usually mild and go away as your body adjusts to the medicine.

Hypoglycaemia: abnormally low blood sugar levels, with symptoms like sweating, tremors, dizziness, and headache.
