• Continue your diet and exercise programme while taking this medicine.

Glipdal Met 850 MG Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients that work together to control blood sugar:

• Vildagliptin (50 mg): This component belongs to a class called DPP-4 inhibitors, which prevent the breakdown of incretin hormones in your body. These hormones help your pancreas release insulin when blood sugar levels are high and reduce the amount of sugar produced by your liver when it's not needed.
