Glimith Mf 3/1000 Sr Tablet 10 is used for managing Type 2 Diabetes mellitus in adults. It helps control blood sugar when diet and exercise alone are insufficient, improves glycaemic control, and supports insulin sensitivity. It is also used as initial therapy for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes or as an adjunct to diet and exercise when other medications are ineffective.

Follow these instructions while taking Glimith Mf 3/1000 Sr Tablet 10:

Take the tablet once daily with breakfast or your first main meal.
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.
Continue taking this medicine regularly as prescribed by your doctor.
Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly, even if you feel better.
If you have difficulty swallowing the tablet, consult your doctor.

Glimith Mf 3/1000 Sr Tablet 10 may cause hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar), nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, and weight gain.
