Gasmag Gel is used for neutralising excess stomach acid and providing quick relief from acidity, heartburn and indigestion. This gel is formulated to soothe the stomach lining, which helps reduce mild symptoms of gastritis, acid reflux and irritation caused by spicy or acidic foods. Its gentle formula supports digestion and helps manage bloating, nausea and discomfort associated with hyperacidity or overeating. This gel contains a blend of ingredients, which work together to balance stomach acidity while protecting the gut lining.

• Dried Aluminium Hydroxide: Aluminium hydroxide is an antacid that neutralises excess stomach acid, providing quick relief from heartburn, indigestion and acidity. It forms a protective layer on the stomach lining, reducing irritation. It is often used in combination with magnesium for balanced action and to manage constipation caused by aluminium alone.
   
• Activated Dimethicone: Dimethicone is an anti-foaming agent that helps relieve symptoms of gas and bloating. It works by breaking up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, making them easier to eliminate.
