Fexodine 120 Tablet is used to manage allergic rhinitis, helping relieve symptoms such as sneezing, itchy or runny nose, nasal congestion, and watery eyes caused by allergies. It is also effective in treating allergic skin conditions like urticaria (hives) and dermatitis by reducing itching, redness, and swelling, and provides relief in allergic conjunctivitis as well as allergic reactions triggered by insect bites, stings, or certain food allergens.

Here's how you should take Fexodine 120 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Avoid chewing, crushing or breaking it.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• If you're taking antacids containing aluminium or magnesium, ensure there's at least a two-hour gap before or after taking Fexodine to prevent reduced absorption.

Fexodine 120 Tablet contains fexofenadine (120 mg) which works on the body as follows:
