Feveryl Injection 2ml is used for the following:

• Managing mild-to-moderate postoperative pain

• Reducing headaches and migraines

• Alleviating musculoskeletal discomfort

• Easing toothache and discomfort from dental procedures

• Providing relief from menstrual cramps

• Helping manage osteoarthritis-related pain

• Assisting in backache management

• Bringing down high body temperature or fever

• A healthcare professional should administer this injection.

• It is not suitable for self-administration.

• The injection should be used immediately after opening the ampoule.

• Any unused portion should be discarded.

Feveryl Injection 2ml is administered intravenously.

Feveryl Injection 2ml contains paracetamol (150 mg), which acts on your body in the following ways:

• Inhibiting Prostaglandin Synthesis: Paracetamol primarily works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) in your brain and spinal cord that are associated with pain and fever.

• Selective Enzyme Inhibition: Paracetamol may block certain variants of an enzyme called cyclooxygenase (COX) more effectively within the central nervous system than in other parts of your body.

• Activating Serotonergic Pathways: Another proposed mechanism of action is through enhancing specific pathways involving serotonin, a neurotransmitter that helps regulate mood, sleep, appetite and other functions.

• Store Feveryl Injection 2ml below 30°C to maintain its effectiveness.

• Keep it away from direct light and moisture to avoid damage.

• Make sure it's out of reach of children for safety reasons.

• If you are managing pain from conditions like osteoarthritis, incorporate low-impact exercises, such as swimming or cycling, into your routine. These exercises can help reduce joint pain and stiffness.

• Avoid consuming hot or cold foods and drinks for toothache or dental procedure-related pain, as they might increase sensitivity and pain.
