CompositionFASTAC TABLET 10 is a medicine used to relieve pain, inflammation, and fever in conditions affecting the muscles, joints, and bones. It is commonly used for arthritis, back pain, dental pain, and pain following injury.
It contains a combination of diclofenac, which reduces inflammation and swelling, and paracetamol, which relieves pain and lowers fever. It is usually taken with food to reduce the chance of stomach upset, and only for the duration advised by your doctor.
Take the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed to control your symptoms, and avoid combining it with other pain-relieving medicines unless advised by your doctor.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, heart, kidney, or liver problems, or are taking blood-thinning medicines. It is not suitable during the last trimester of pregnancy. Contact your doctor right away if you notice black stools, severe stomach pain, or signs of an allergic reaction.
