Eporise 10000 Injection 1 is used for the management of the following:

• Eporise 10000 Injection 1 is administered parenterally, which means it's given as an injection either into a vein (intravenous) or muscle (intramuscular).
• This medicine should only be administered by a healthcare professional.

Eporise 10000 Injection 1 is administered intravenously or via an intramuscular route.

Eporise 10000 Injection 1 contains the following component:

• Epoetin Alfa (10000 IU): Epoetin Alfa is an erythropoiesis-stimulating agent (ESA) that encourages the bone marrow (the soft tissue within bones responsible for producing red blood cells) to increase red blood cell production. This helps manage anaemia associated with kidney disease, cancer chemotherapy, or zidovudine treatment in HIV patients.

• Store Eporise 10000 Injection 1 in a refrigerator or (2°C - 8°C). Do Not Freeze.
• Keep the medicines in their original packaging or a tightly sealed container away from children and pets.
• Avoid storing Eporise 10000 Injection 1 in the bathroom or any area with high humidity, as moisture can degrade the medication.
• Do not use this medicine past its expiration date.

• As nausea and vomiting may occur with Eporise 10000 Injection 1, stick to light, small meals. 
• Include red fruits and vegetables like apples, pomegranate, dried fruits, beans, and nuts to support blood production. 
• Avoid caffeine and alcohol, as they may increase the risk of bleeding.
• Prioritise mental health, as stress can contribute to excessive bleeding—consider meditating every morning.
• Yoga can also be beneficial, especially the butterfly pose, which may help reduce heavy menstrual bleeding. 
• Stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water to assist in flushing out toxins.
