Eliv Syrup 200 ML is used for the following:

• Treatment of alcoholic fatty liver disease

Follow these instructions while taking Eliv Syrup 200 ML:

• Use the measuring cup provided to take the correct dose of the syrup.

• Take this medicine with food unless your doctor advises otherwise.

• Keep the bottle tightly closed after each use.

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

• This medicine is sugar-based and needs caution for use in diabetic patients. If you have diabetes, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.

Eliv Syrup 200 ML contains silymarin (35 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Membrane stabilisation: Silymarin strengthens the outer membrane of liver cells, preventing toxins from entering and causing damage. It promotes the production of phospholipids and proteins that maintain the structural integrity of liver cells.

• Anti-inflammatory effects: Silymarin reduces inflammation in the liver by blocking the production of substances that cause inflammation, helping to protect liver tissue from further damage.

• Regenerative properties: Silymarin encourages the regeneration of damaged liver cells by stimulating protein synthesis and promoting the growth of new liver cells.
