• Ofloxacin (50 mg): As a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, ofloxacin blocks specific enzymes in bacteria, known as DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. These enzymes are essential for bacterial DNA replication and cell division. By inhibiting these enzymes, ofloxacin prevents the bacteria from multiplying.

• Ornidazole (125 mg): This ingredient belongs to the nitroimidazole class of antibiotics. Ornidazole damages bacterial DNA and inhibits protein synthesis, leading to cell death.

This combination of two antibiotics provides a broad-spectrum action against various types of bacteria, including gram-positive, gram-negative, and anaerobic bacteria.
