Drglim M2 Tablet 10

DRGLIM M2 TABLET 10 is used in adults to control high blood sugar in type 2 diabetes when a single medicine does not provide adequate control.

Uses of DRGLIM M2 TABLET 10 are:

• Type 2 Diabetes Control: Helps lower and maintain healthy blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes.
• Glycaemic Stability: Supports steadier blood sugar control through the day with the sustained-release formulation.
• Long-Term Diabetes Management: Helps maintain blood sugar control, which may help reduce the risk of long-term diabetes complications, such as kidney, nerve, and vision problems.

• Take DRGLIM M2 TABLET 10 exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with a meal (usually breakfast or your first main meal).
• Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew it.
• Do not skip meals while taking this medicine, as this may increase the risk of low blood sugar.
• Do not change the dose or stop the medicine on your own. Always talk to your doctor first.

DRGLIM M2 TABLET 10 is taken by mouth (orally).

DRGLIM M2 TABLET 10 combines two diabetes medicines, Glimepiride 2 mg and Metformin 500 mg:

• Glimepiride (2 mg) helps your pancreas release more insulin.
• Metformin (500 mg) lowers the sugar your liver makes, reduces the sugar absorbed from food, and helps your body use insulin better.

Together, they help control blood sugar levels.

• Store DRGLIM M2 TABLET 10 below 25°C, in a dry place away from light and moisture.
• Keep it out of the reach of children.
• Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.
• Return any unused or expired medicine to your pharmacist for safe disposal.

• Eat balanced, regular meals that are low in sugar and high in fibre. Do not skip meals.
• Be active. Regular walking or cycling improves how your body uses insulin.
• Maintain a healthy weight, limit alcohol consumption and monitor your blood sugar as advised by your doctor.
