Dizalgin P Tablet 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Antihypertensive medicines (e.g., atenolol, amlodipine): Metoclopramide may increase dizziness or low blood pressure in some individuals during combined use. Monitoring may be advised during treatment.
• Antidiabetic medicines (e.g., insulin, metformin): Changes in stomach emptying caused by metoclopramide may affect blood sugar control in some individuals. Blood glucose monitoring may be required during treatment.
• Antiepileptic medicines (e.g., phenytoin): Concurrent use may increase the risk of central nervous system side effects or altered seizure control. Monitoring may be required during treatment.
• Sedative medicines (e.g., diazepam, alprazolam): Taking these medicines together may increase drowsiness, dizziness, or reduced alertness. Caution may be advised during combined use.

Overdose of Dizalgin P Tablet 10 may increase the risk of severe drowsiness, confusion, abnormal movements, breathing difficulty, nausea, vomiting, or serious liver damage. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose of Dizalgin P Tablet 10, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take two doses together to compensate for the missed dose.
