Dianorm Total-60 Tablet contains three active ingredients that work together to control blood sugar:

• Gliclazide (60 mg): This component stimulates the pancreas to produce more insulin. It binds to special receptors on pancreatic beta cells, triggering them to release insulin, which helps move glucose from your bloodstream into your cells.

• Metformin (500 mg): This component reduces the amount of glucose produced by the liver and improves the body's sensitivity to insulin. It works by activating an enzyme called AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), which helps regulate how the body uses energy.
