By interfering with the nervous system functionality of these worms, diethylcarbamazine disrupts their metabolism and hinders their growth.

• Chlorpheniramine (5 mg): As an antihistamine, chlorpheniramine helps manage allergic symptoms like coughing, breathlessness, and itching that are often triggered by worm infections. It also reduces the count of eosinophils – a type of white blood cell that typically increases in response to worm infestations.
