Composition

Domperidone (10 Mg) + Omeprazole (20 Mg)

Coolfresh-D Capsule is used to manage acid reflux (GERD) and related acidity, relieving heartburn, stomach pain, nausea and the feeling of a heavy stomach after eating.

It contains omeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid, and domperidone, which improves stomach emptying and eases nausea and reflux.

Take it before food as prescribed, and complete the full course.

Tell your doctor about any liver or heart-rhythm problems before use, as domperidone can rarely affect the heart rhythm. Report black stools or severe stomach pain.
