Cobex D 0.1/0.3 % Eye Drop 5 ML is used for the following:

• Managing conjunctivitis: This condition is also known as pink eye, where the clear tissue covering the white part of your eye and the inner eyelid becomes inflamed or infected.

• Controlling keratitis: This is an inflammation of the cornea, the clear dome-shaped surface that covers the front of your eye.

• Handling blepharitis: This condition refers to inflammation of the eyelids.

• Managing corneal ulcers: These are open sores on the cornea, which is the clear outer layer at the front of your eye.

• Tackling styes: These are infections of an oil gland near your eyelashes or under your eyelid.

• Addressing dacryocystitis: This is an infection of your tear drainage system.

Use Cobex D 0.1/0.3 % Eye Drop 5 ML as follows:

• Wash your hands thoroughly before use.

• Gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket.

• Tilt your head back, look upwards, and squeeze the prescribed number of drops into this pocket. Avoid touching your eye or any other surface with the dropper tip.

• Close your eyes and gently press on the inner corner for a couple of minutes. This helps keep the medicine in place.

• Repeat these steps if you need to administer drops in both eyes.

• Always remember to wash your hands after each application.

Tobramycin is effective against a wide range of gram-negative and some gram-positive bacteria commonly involved in eye infections.
