• Ciprofloxacin (250 mg): This fluoroquinolone antibiotic works by inhibiting two enzymes in your body DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. These enzymes are crucial for bacterial DNA replication and cell division. By blocking these enzymes, Ciprofloxacin effectively hampers the growth and multiplication of bacteria.

• Tinidazole (300 mg): As a nitroimidazole antibiotic and antiprotozoal agent, Tinidazole acts by causing damage to the DNA of anaerobic bacteria and protozoa which leads to their cell death. Tinidazole is particularly effective against certain parasites like Trichomonas vaginalis, Entamoeba histolytica, and Giardia lamblia.
