Cifex 250 MG Tablet 10 is used to treat bacterial infections affecting the respiratory tract, urinary tract, gastrointestinal tract, genital organs, skin, soft tissues, bones, and joints. It is also prescribed for gastrointestinal infections such as infectious diarrhoea and typhoid fever, and for managing fever in patients with low white blood cell counts. The tablet works by stopping bacterial growth and reducing infection-related symptoms such as fever and inflammation.
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush or chew the tablet.
