Bromotil Expectorant 100 ML is used for the following conditions:

• Managing wet cough associated with respiratory infections
• Relieving chest congestion and mucus build-up
• Easing breathing difficulties due to bronchospasm
• Supporting mucus clearance in bronchitis and similar conditions

• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Measure the prescribed dose using a measuring cup or spoon.

Bromotil Expectorant 100 ML contains the following ingredients:

• Bromhexine (4 mg): It is a mucolytic agent that breaks down and thins thick mucus in the respiratory tract, making it easier to expel and improving airway clearance.
• Guaifenesin (50 mg): It is an expectorant that increases the volume and reduces the viscosity of respiratory secretions, facilitating the removal of mucus from the airways.
• Menthol (2.5 mg): It provides a cooling and soothing effect on the throat, helping relieve irritation and improve comfort
• Terbutaline (1.25 mg): It is a beta2-adrenergic bronchodilator that relaxes airway smooth muscles, widens the airways, and improves breathing.
