• Immunosuppressants: Medicines such as cyclosporine may interact with Bitugesic Syrup, increasing the risk of kidney damage.
• Mood stabilisers: Lithium levels might increase if you give it with Bitugesic Syrup. This could lead to toxicity.
• Diuretics: Diuretics like furosemide may have their effects reduced when taken with Bitugesic Syrup, and there is also a higher risk of kidney damage.

Bitugesic Syrup interacts with the following diseases:

• Liver Disease: Children with severe liver impairment should be given this syrup with caution as it could worsen their condition.
• Heart Disease: Children with severe heart failure should be carefully given Bitugesic Syrup.
• Kidney impairment: Children with severe kidney impairment should be carefully given Bitugesic Syrup because it can make their condition worse.
• Peptic Ulcer: If your child has an active or recurrent peptic ulcer or has bleeding from a peptic ulcer before, be cautious while giving this medicine, as it might aggravate their condition.
