Barocal Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Prevention and management of calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency conditions.
• Supplementing calcium and vitamin D3 in postmenopausal women for osteoporosis prevention.
• Management of osteoporosis in elderly individuals and those undergoing long-term corticosteroid therapy.
• Addressing conditions linked to calcium malabsorption, such as hypoparathyroidism, rickets, and osteomalacia.
• Providing supplemental calcium and vitamin D3 to pregnant and breastfeeding women to support maternal and foetal bone health.

Here's how you should take Barocal Tablet 10:

• Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.
• It is best to take this medicine after meals, or as directed by the doctor.
• For optimal absorption, ensure you take Barocal Tablet 10 at least 2 hours before or 4-6 hours after consuming medications containing iron, zinc, or other minerals that can interfere with calcium absorption.
• Always consult your doctor before adjusting your dosage.

Barocal Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:
