B-Colex Injection is used for the following:

• Treatment of Megaloblastic anaemia

• Management of Vitamin B12 deficiency

• Correction of Folic acid deficiency

• Support for Peripheral neuropathy

• Improvement of impaired energy metabolism

• Enhancement of red blood cell formation

• Support for nervous system disorders

• Boosting poor immune function

• Assistance with protein synthesis

• Aiding iron absorption in the body

Follow these instructions when administering B-Colex Injection:

• This injection should only be administered by a trained medical professional.

• The affected area should be cleaned with an antiseptic before injection.

• You may experience slight discomfort at the injection site.

• After administration, apply gentle pressure to the injection site.

• Remain seated for a few minutes after receiving the injection.

B-Colex Injection is administered via an intramuscular or intravenous route.

B-Colex Injection contains three active ingredients:

• Cyanocobalamin (2.5 mg): This form of vitamin B12 plays a crucial role in red blood cell formation and DNA synthesis. It helps in the metabolism of fatty acids and amino acids, supporting proper nervous system function.

• Folic acid (0.7 mg): Essential for the synthesis and repair of DNA and RNA in the body. It supports red blood cell production and helps prevent megaloblastic anaemia, a condition where blood cells become abnormally large.

• Niacinamide (12 mg): A form of vitamin B3 that is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. It supports healthy skin function, proper nervous system operation, and helps reduce inflammation in the body.

• Store it at room temperature (15-30°C).

• Keep in original packaging, protected from light and moisture.
