Astharil Ex 15/50/1.5 MG Syrup 100 ML is commonly used to manage the following conditions:

Astharil Ex 15/50/1.5 MG Syrup 100 ML contains three active ingredients:

• Ambroxol hydrochloride (15 mg): This is a mucolytic agent which reduces the thickness of mucus secretions, making it easier for them to be removed from the respiratory tract. Ambroxol also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
• Guaifenesin (50 mg): It is an expectorant. It works by increasing the volume and reducing mucus thickness in the respiratory tract. This helps in more effective mucus clearance.
