CompositionArz D 10/20 Mg Tablet 10 is a medicine used to manage acid-related digestive disorders, including gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid reflux, heartburn, and duodenal ulcers. It helps relieve painful acid symptoms, bloating, and excessive stomach gas in adults.
It contains domperidone and rabeprazole. Take it as prescribed, preferably before meals in the morning. Swallow the tablet whole with water and do not chew or crush it. Continue taking it for the full duration recommended by your doctor even if your symptoms improve early.
Dietary modifications play an important role in managing acid reflux and stomach gas. Eat smaller, frequent meals, avoid spicy or fatty foods, limit caffeine and carbonated drinks, stay upright after meals, and avoid tight clothing around the waist.
