Arz 20 Mg Tablet 10 is used to reduce excess stomach acid and manage acid-related disorders of the digestive system.

Uses of Arz 20 Mg Tablet 10 are:

• Gastro-Oesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Eases heartburn, acid regurgitation, and acid reflux symptoms.
• Stomach and Intestinal Ulcers: Helps heal peptic ulcers and prevents their recurrence.
• Ulcer Prevention: Protects the stomach lining from ulcers in patients taking long-term pain medications.

Here's how you should take Arz 20 Mg Tablet 10:

• Swallow Arz 20 Mg Tablet 10 whole with water. Do not chew, crush or split it.
• Take it as your doctor directs, ideally before a meal, and at the same time each day to help you remember.
• If you also take sucralfate, take Arz 20 Mg Tablet 10 at least 30 minutes before it.

Arz 20 Mg Tablet 10 is taken by mouth. Swallow it whole with water.

Arz 20 Mg Tablet 10 contains Rabeprazole 20 mg, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by:

• Switching off the acid pumps in the stomach lining, which lowers stomach acid and lets acid-damaged areas heal.

• Store the tablet below 30°C, in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture.
• Keep it out of the reach and sight of children.
• Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.
• Ask your pharmacist about safe disposal of unused or expired medicine.

• Avoid foods and drinks that trigger your symptoms, such as spicy or fatty foods, caffeine and fizzy drinks.
• Eat smaller meals, avoid eating close to bedtime, and stay upright after meals.
• Keep a healthy weight and avoid smoking.
