Arkadex H Tablet can interact with the following medications:

• Antihypertensive medications (e.g., Beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors): May enhance blood pressure-lowering effects, increasing the risk of hypotension.
• Diuretics (e.g., Furosemide): Can enhance dehydration and electrolyte imbalances when taken with Hydrochlorothiazide.
• Antidepressants (e.g., Tricyclic antidepressants, MAO inhibitors): May reduce Clonidine’s effectiveness or cause extreme blood pressure fluctuations.
• NSAIDs (e.g., Ibuprofen, Naproxen): Can reduce the effectiveness of Hydrochlorothiazide and worsen kidney function.
• CNS depressants (e.g., Sedatives, Opioids): May increase drowsiness, dizziness, and respiratory depression.
• Insulin and oral diabetes medications: Hydrochlorothiazide may reduce their effectiveness, leading to increased blood sugar levels.

Arkadex H Tablet is not known to interact with any foods.

Arkadex H Tablet can interact with following conditions:

• Kidney disease: Hydrochlorothiazide can worsen kidney function, especially in those with preexisting kidney issues.

• Diabetes: Hydrochlorothiazide can raise blood sugar levels, requiring careful monitoring in diabetic patients.
