Amlopres NB Tablet is used for the following:

• Managing hypertension

• Helping to prevent health complications associated with high blood pressure, including heart attacks

• Aiding in the prevention of strokes (due to sudden interruption of blood supply to a part of the brain)

• Reducing the risk of kidney problems (due to uncontrolled high blood pressure)

Follow these instructions while taking Amlopres NB Tablet:

1. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

2. Do not crush or chew the tablet.

3. Ensure to take it at the same time each day for consistent effect.

4. Continue taking this medicine regularly as advised by your doctor, even if you feel well. Stopping abruptly may worsen your condition.

Amlopres NB Tablet is taken orally.

Amlopres NB Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Amlodipine (5 mg): As a calcium channel blocker, this component relaxes and widens your blood vessels. The relaxation of blood vessels makes it easier for your heart to pump blood around your body, reducing the strain on your heart.

• Nebivolol (5 mg): Acting as a beta blocker, nebivolol reduces both your heart rate and the force of your heart contractions. It also assists in relaxing your blood vessels and improving blood flow throughout your body.
