It contains diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID), combined with serratiopeptidase, an enzyme that helps reduce swelling at the site of injury.
This tablet should be swallowed whole with food, as prescribed by your doctor, to help protect the stomach lining. Take it as prescribed and avoid taking other NSAID medicines at the same time, as this can increase the risk of stomach-related side effects.
Applying a cold compress to the affected area in the first day or two after an injury, followed by gentle movement as advised by your doctor or physiotherapist, can support faster recovery alongside this medicine. Avoid strenuous activity on the affected joint or muscle until swelling settles.
Tell your doctor if you have a history of asthma, stomach ulcers, kidney disease or cardiovascular disease before starting this medicine. Report black or bloody stools, persistent stomach pain, unusual swelling, or breathlessness to your doctor promptly. Avoid use during pregnancy unless specifically advised.
