Allercool Eye Drops 10ml is used for the following:

• Relief of allergic conjunctivitis symptoms such as itching and redness.
• Temporary relief from eye irritation due to dust, smoke, pollution, or allergens.
• Reduction of eye redness caused by vascular congestion.
• Lubrication and soothing relief in mild dry eye symptoms.

• Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the eye drop bottle.
• Tilt the head back slightly and gently pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket.
• Instil the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye without touching the dropper tip to any surface.
• Close the eye gently and avoid blinking excessively for a few seconds to allow proper absorption.
• Wipe away any excess liquid and close the bottle tightly after use.

Allercool Eye Drops 10ml contains the following components:

• Camphor (0.01%): Provides a mild cooling and soothing effect, helping relieve eye discomfort and irritation.
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate (0.1%): A first-generation antihistamine that blocks histamine H1 receptors, reducing allergic symptoms such as itching, redness, and watering.
• Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) (0.2%): A lubricating polymer that forms a protective film over the ocular surface, improving tear stability and reducing dryness.
• Menthol (0.005%): Provides a cooling sensation that soothes irritated eyes and offers temporary comfort.
• Naphazoline Hydrochloride (0.05%): A sympathomimetic vasoconstrictor that reduces conjunctival redness by constricting dilated blood vessels.
• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (0.12%): An alpha-adrenergic agonist that decreases ocular redness and congestion through vasoconstriction.
• Boric Acid (1.25%): Acts as a buffering agent and mild antiseptic, helping maintain physiological pH and providing soothing relief for irritated eyes.
