It contains chlorpheniramine, an antihistamine that eases allergy symptoms, dextromethorphan, a cough suppressant that calms the cough reflex, and phenylephrine, a decongestant that clears a blocked nose.
Take it as prescribed, for the shortest time needed to relieve symptoms.
