Adilip 135 Tablet is used to manage high levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. By optimizing the lipid profile, it helps prevent the buildup of fatty deposits in the arteries, reducing the risk of heart disease.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

Adilip 135 Tablet contains the following component: 

• Fenofibric acid (135 mg): It is a fibrate that reduces triglyceride levels in the body. It also improves lipid metabolism, promoting the breakdown and removal of fats from the bloodstream. This mechanism contributes to the overall management of cholesterol levels in the body. The medication also helps elevate high-density lipoprotein (HDL), often called "good" cholesterol.
