 Acular Ls Ophthalmic Solution 5ml interact with the following medicines:

• Eye Medications: Using Acular Ls Ophthalmic Solution 5ml alongside other eye treatments such as antibiotic drops, steroid drops, or artificial tears may increase eye irritation or reduce the effectiveness of each product. To prevent this, your doctor may recommend spacing the timing of each treatment or using only one type of eye drop at a time. Always inform your doctor if you are using any other eye medicines.

 Acular Ls Ophthalmic Solution 5ml interact with the following conditions:

• Active Eye Infections: If you have an ongoing bacterial or viral eye infection, Acular Ls Ophthalmic Solution 5ml should only be used if specifically prescribed by your doctor, as anti-inflammatory effects may temporarily mask symptoms.
• Corneal disease: Ophthalmic ketorolac may increase the risk of corneal adverse events in patients with corneal epithelial defects, dry eye syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, or repeated ocular surgeries. 
• Asthma or Allergic Conditions: Some individuals may be sensitive to ketorolac or the preservative benzalkonium chloride. Watch for signs of allergy such as redness, swelling, or difficulty breathing, and contact your doctor if these occur.

Use Acular Ls Ophthalmic Solution 5ml exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Apply the number of drops recommended in the affected eye(s) at the frequency indicated. Gently close your eyes for a few minutes after each application to allow the medicine to spread evenly. Do not adjust the dosage or frequency without consulting your doctor, even if your eyes start feeling better.

Using more drops than prescribed may cause temporary eye irritation, stinging, or blurred vision. If this happens, rinse your eyes with clean water and continue with the normal dosing schedule. Consult your doctor if discomfort persists.

If you forget to apply a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed one and continue as usual. Do not double the drops to make up for a missed application, as this may increase irritation.
